Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency
Dr. Xianli Zhu is a senior economist at the Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency. She has been working at the UNEP DTU Partnership in Denmark for 11 years. At the Copenhagen Centre, she mainly works on energy efficiency related research and capacity building in China and Africa, especially on the industrial sector and the monitoring, reporting and verification for district energy projects. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and prior to her work in Denmark, she had worked on climate change policies and market mechanisms for climate change mitigation in China.
